These terms govern your use of orviden.online (the "site"), published by DALAMIS s.r.o., Prokopka 176/2, Vysočany, 190 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic, company registration number 05852668, VAT number CZ05852668. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
The site is an editorial publication offering consumer information about security software. It is not a shop. DALAMIS s.r.o. sells nothing through it, takes no orders, processes no payments and holds no customer accounts. Every purchase discussed here is made on a third party's website under that third party's terms.
2. Free access, no account
The site is free to read and requires no registration. There is no login, no user account, no newsletter sign-up and no contact form. We ask you for nothing and store nothing on your device — see the cookie policy.
3. Affiliate links
The site contains affiliate links, described throughout as partner links. Every such link carries the HTML attributes rel="sponsored nofollow noopener", a visible label on the button itself, and a note beneath it stating that we earn a commission. If you follow one and complete a purchase, DALAMIS s.r.o. receives a commission from the seller. Your price is not affected.
Commission does not buy editorial outcomes. Our editorial policy sets out how that separation is maintained and what we refuse to do.
4. Accuracy and the seller's precedence
We check what we publish against the sources cited on each page, and we date every page so you can judge how current it is. Even so, product features, prices, plan contents, device allowances and guarantee terms change frequently and vary by country. The seller's own published information prevails over anything on this site. Always confirm the details on the seller's page before you buy.

5. Permitted use
You may read, print and share links to the site, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not: republish substantial parts of the content without written permission; copy the diagrams for commercial use; scrape the site systematically or at a rate that burdens the server; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server; or present the content as your own or as the output of another publisher.

All text, layout, stylesheets and diagrams are original works owned by DALAMIS s.r.o.. Third-party trademarks named on the site remain the property of their owners and are used descriptively; see the legal notice.

Links to other websites are offered for convenience and as sources. We do not control those sites, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Following an external link takes you outside this site and outside these terms.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including individual pages, at any time. Where we withdraw a page we try to keep its address working so that existing links do not break.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DALAMIS s.r.o. is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the information on this site, or from the unavailability of the site. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of consumers.

We may update these terms. The version published here, with its "last updated" date, is the version in force. Material changes will be reflected in that date.
11. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence are unaffected. Disputes fall to the competent courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any right a consumer has to bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
